BILLION DOLLAR GRAVY-Sumptous choon. Strings over simple rollin beats make up the intro, before the breakdown which consists of a melancholy violin section. The main tune consists of a throbbing hum bass over them same simple beats. The bassline doesn't change at all but it doesn't need to.The violin from the breakdowns pop back in & out over some strings that wouldn't go amiss in an episode of Starsky & Hutch. The contrast works surprisingly well.

HARLESDON-Bit more outright funky this one. Again, simple breaks riding under some heavy pads this time. Short breakdown, then the break comes in again with a funky wobblin' bass bubblin' underneath. After a few bars the bass goes more hollow and a bit phatter. Some nice keys and pads compliment the choon. Good B-side.

Things look good for the album!
