For free? There should be some with Logic?
If not - BFD do sample packs based on real drum sounds and how they are mic'ed e.t.c so you can get different sounds.
I also believe hospital records have a few sample packs available.

i need links too free effect plugins.... where i only have express atm i cant find a decent cutoff filter for samples

Grab some REX2 files from the net, I have a few I could send you over AIM.

The EXS24 is fantastic with REX2 mapping, the drums have a super thick sound with the filter enabled.

All the drum & bass loopmasters sample CD's! Dave Carbone, Danny Byrd, Drumsound & Bassline Smith! Also, the Aquasky one is quality and ive recently got one of the Vengeance Sample packs, pretty expensive but well worth it!!!
