DUBSICAL-TREMOR dub sound system would like to invite lovers of jungle from the early to mid '90s' era to join us every THURSDAY 6:30pm (gmt) @ http://www.ustream.tv/channel/dubsical-tremor where we play live over the the net broadcasting visually as well as audio! we have a good following of dub'ites but after a playing a little jungle in a few of our broadcasts (as jungle is the offspring of dub) we have had requests for it to have its own section! DADDY RUDEY (our jungle maniac) is going to fill the dj slot but he deals with mainly ragga jungle and baseline so we will be open to requests, interaction and comments from those of you in the know! we are also willing to help promote artists/venues/events and network on a music level with anyone who is genuine. we are also on facebook and wont refuse any (genuine) friend request to help a mergence of more musical minds!..........
join us for this unique "FRONT-ROOM CYBER RAVE" AS YOU ARE SURE TO HAVE FUN AND IT WONT COST YOU A PENNY!
    BLESS...

Oldschool Jungle is the name given to a style of electronic music that incorporates influences from genres including breakbeat hardcore, techno, and reggae/dub/dancehall. There is significant debate as to whether jungle is a separate genre from drum and bass as some use the terms interchangeably. Drum and bass started to separate musically from jungle in the mid to late 1990s, in which there is a fuzzy period where it is harder to distinguish the difference between the two genres. There is much politics attached to labelling different tracks as a specific genre.
