Liquid DnB Samples (Spectrasoul etc)

    anyone know what kinda genres/artists i should be listening to find the kinda samples a lot of liquid producers are basing their tracks on such as LSB/Spectrasoul, example of the kinda stuff im looking for in the intro of the track below. cheers

    check that website out if you havent already. just type an artists name and it tells you where the samples came from. not sure about this spec tune, but i know alot of liquid comes from old motown stuff. just dig around, when you hear something you think could work, chop it up loop it and play around!

    yeah man, off the top of my head things like marvin gaye and al green get rinsed a lot. check that site out, for example everyday by netsky uses vocals of marvin gaye. also, check this tutorial below, it shows how lsb makes one of his atmos's using an old tune.

    also the bcee masterclass could help ya. its online somewhere. if ya cant find it msg me. also watch the spectrasoul masterclass on youtube. sampling can be tricky and prepare to sift through loads of crap

    a lot of newer liquid stuff the proucers use a vocalist....most of the motown, soul etc samples have been rinsed....btw, netsky isnt liquid, id say more dancefloor....if your looking for REAL liquid producers check furney, MSDOS, Paul Sg, flowian and artist like that

    also theres nookie sample pack (free) you could check out

    paid ones you could invest in total science (not solely liquid but some good sounds in that), enei, and june miller sample packs. check blu mar ten's website too for free liquid-ish samples
