first thoughts; the snare is very MID, needs to be cleaner, seems like the mid/low is boosted so high that its making it sound muddy!!

cant really get my head around the snare but it sounds like a clean production besides that mate :)

i think the kick needs some (more) low end taken off...n u need 2 add a sub bass or increase its presence if its already in...
kick n snare sound very 'one shot' style..try and blend it with ur break n percussion so it sounds natural...normally achieved by eq, but slight compression can be used as well.
overall i think u need 2 giv this a good mixdown

Here's a lil 'guide' i wrote...n im no pro but its jus what ive learnt so far:

    all imo ofc ...

in terms of composition i think its a catchy track!

    Re: Steel Blue

Thank you for your feedbacks, really appreticated !

I read your guide to mixdown, djdevz..So i tried to "re-do" the tune with a better mix down but i'm really new to this, so i think it's no really good.

Anyway, can you tell me what you think now :) ? thanks.

Yeah the drums are a bit shrouded in mist. Not quite cutting through.
