    I love this guy's films.
They always take an honest look at confronting and taboo topics. and appeal to my perveted side too

I first saw KIDS when i was young and i loved how openly it explored youth sex.

Ken Park was actually banned in Australia, so im lucky i got to see it. although my bf walked out half way through

and i just watched Bully last night.

    quality. (y) (y) (y)

I actually believe that Larry Clark is a paedophile, trying to push the acceptability of children fucking.

Kids was epic because it came from the point of view as a documentary. I didn't know for the longest time that they were all actors.
However, Bully and Ken Park were awful, especially Ken Park. Just an excuse for kids to fuck on camera in an arty "thought-provoking" legal manner.

Gumby, if you like those kinds of taboo film, I suggest a film called Shortbus, about sexual deviants in New York.

    ooh thanks Indi!

Bully wasnt too full on with sex as his other 2 films were. it actually wasnt bad. focussed more on violence/murder.

Kids was alright. Bully is probably my fav, not just because it's based on a Florida case. Mainly one reason is that Bijou Phillips i think is so hot, lol...The use the actual names of the people in the real case, but of course the actresses that played the parts of the main characters were alot better lookin' than the actual people, but no surprise really.
Alot of people say they made the bully Bobby Kent look worse than he was in real life...but who knows.

Ken Park I saw once, can't recall much about it..

Have you see Wassup Rockers? About the mexican kids in a punk rock band from L.A.? It was ok, cheesy actin'...of course hot young girls in the movie, lol..

Also, did ya know that Caspa of dubstep named himself after the Casper character in Kids? Read that somewhere online...
Also people from his movies seem to pass away in real life...Brad Renfro from Bully, Justin Pierce from Kids...The guy who played Telly in Kids and was also in Bully as the main "hitman", with a mullet pretty much for a hairdo, was arrested for indecent exposure, etc...

But yeah, I'm picky about Larry Clark movies tbh...sometimes it's the acting that draws me away, but yeah Gumby, my perverted side likes to watch it at times though, LOL...pz

    Rosario Dawson.

And the other girl is Chloe Sevigny, the secretary out of American Psycho with Christian Bale.

Seen all 3 of those, all pretty good but I see them more like documentaries than films for some reason.

    Has he done any more?

Indi i just finished watching "shortbus"

It was a really artsy film. I really liked it. I don't really want to discuss too much detail on hear, cause people really need to watch it and experience it for themselves.

It was by coincidence i went to go hang with a couple of gay friends earlier this evening and they told me to watch the film and lent it too me off their shelf.
