Founded in 2005 and originally releasing 2Step/Grime records, Eight:FX (previously Aphex:Recordings) has gone on to release music from some of Dubstep’s leading artists becoming home to Kiss FM and the worlds first Dubstep DJ, Hatcha, BBC 1Xtra's MRK1 and Virus Syndicate, Kromestar, Tes La Rok, and Cyrus (Random Trio), as well as pushing some of the genres most prolific and successful rising talent.
Apart from singles, Eight:FX have also released a host of compilations including the Dubstep chart topping Step Into The Unkown, Dubstep Sessions, and the new Future
ubstep compilation series, as well as the critically acclaimed debut LP from Hatcha and Kromestar Brothers Grim.
Current releases include the genre chart topping MRK1 / Cyrus "Futureubstep" and forthcoming releases include Futureubstep:03 - Mixed By M.R.K.1.
