...bout time hey!

local studio now just been setup so in there a couple of times a week ;)

what ya think i need to learn to use first?

wish I could tell you but I'm sure it'll be some cut up sickness when the beats emerge mate :nuke:

Only thing I can think of is, if you are able to get an sound engineer in with you, just watch carefully what he does. And learn the basics, don't try fucking around with all the effects and stuff before you know how it all works (y)

cheers

yer the technician is a whizz, to more sessions and I'll have a tune complete. Week monday if all goes to plan.

Will post it up here if ya lot don't rip the piss out of me too much!

£10 an hour with a technician, he got loads of valve stuff, plenty of hardware.

:hotpants:

Good stuff man!!!
Gonna be hearing some Klusta dubs on FDZ then yeah?
BOOOOOOOOOOM!!
I would say start with the breaks n beats as well; as that (IMO!!) is the most important part of a D+B tune.
After all you can have a tune with a big, fat beat and a sub and it will rock the floor and get peeps jumping but if a tune has loadsa sick synths, reeses, sound fxs etc (no matter how fat and sick the synths are) if the beat is weak the tune will sound depthless and flat.
I wanna hear your tune!!! Finish it!!! ( in a mortal combat stylee!!)
