Can't seem to get this sounding how I want it.

Any ideas/opinions on it please? What you like, what you don't like. The mixdown is pretty shoddy at the moment too so ignore that for now! I just looped it at the end of the drop so yes, it is a bit repetitive at the mo but you get the idea. Hopefully you guys like it...

I dont really like the hihats very much, sounding too plain, other than that its sounding pretty fine

Is there some high passed delay on the bass or something? That bitcrushed scratchy sound in the background, whatever, doesn't add much for me. The drums could be a bit busier. The bassline works.

Hi Phat Sam,

Agree with the above really, you mentioned yourself about just looping it out so wont go there. I liked the bass a lot but you need to find some different levels to take it too but guess thats the plan. I kept feeling some kick rolls would come in under the beats and it would all step up a gear, its almost like something is holding back the tempo atm. Would be interested to hear this completed as it has quite a fresh sound to it... its just where can you take it? Sounding good though!

Really catchy tune brah! Feeling the riff for sure.. Deffo needs another mix down and some more action in the top end frequencies .. the splashy type shit they do on jump up tracks.
