When I checked it earlier it sounded like the same samples used in "when the morning comes" by Mickey Finn + L Double on Urban Takeover.

I always thought that they had got a proper singer to do it. I now know I was wrong......

its an old acid house tune from god knows when (acid house, thats like early nineties right). With that classic 909 house beat and everything. Pretty shite really.
