Really liked this mix mate! Took me on a short but sweet journey.

Set the scene with a lovely opener that is Out Of The Box warmed with Justified. Justified – No Discipline was incredible! Would love to have mixing down pat that I could keep a tune in over a quite loop like you did + later on kinda like you did with the Cocooned – Celestial Navigation double. Also still haven’t fully got round to enjoying No Discipline so that’s still fresh and funky for me Then into Eclipse…. a class little section right there into and out of that Bungle tune. Need to reiterate my annoyance at how Eclipse has not been pressed! What an incredible and progressive tune!!! All in all a great little piece to listen to man!

fucking yes woody quality mix mate, vibes from start to finish!

no slip ups, selection all flowed together and solid track list as per usual, big promo mix man, best part for me had to be the No Discipline >> eclipse >> mimic, hawt mix!

also only tune I haven't heard in this mix was Sato - Detroit Lies Bleeding, great track

And as for this mix not being good to showcase playing out, really? I hit up raves all the time and find it refreshing when DJ's start playing these type of tunes, sound fat on a big system and breaks it up from the normal

Great mix mate! slick mixing throughout and great selection. some of these tunes take me way back...Justified, rinsing commix fabriclive over and over, mimic and detroit lies bleeding as well haven't heard for years. hope you get that set, will look out for the next one!

Thanks for listening and the feedback mate. I think the mixing was just one of those where i had half an hour that just worked - helped by the fact that none of the mixes were too complex (though the one out of eclipse with little reference i was pleased with!).

Speaking of eclipse, yeah, no idea how that wasn't pressed but such is life, one of the tunes of the year for me, if not the tune of the year.

Yeah i think my favourite part was eclipse section as well, glad you picked up on it. I think to hear this kinda stuff out you have to turn up a bit earlier usually which i think is a shame, but then people these days love it fast and hard (inset innuendo here) a lot so maybe people are worried about not keeping a crowd and thus not getting more bookings.

Sadly didn't get the set but thanks for checking! The commix fabriclive is still on car rotation, such a sick mix and probably kinda inspired the way i put this one together (ie rolling out more and not focusing too much on doubles etc).
