Id say a combination of a square, saw and triangle oscillators. Id keep the saw as it is, I'd pitch the square down 5 semitones, and the triangle up 7 semitones. Then add unison, chorus, and reverb, finished with some nice EQ

Sounds like all saw tooth osc to me. I also think they maybe power chords pitch at seven semi tones and a full octave. Also could just be a polyphonic chord playing. There is also portamento on the chords.
