‘All Right' is a funk induced roller, with crunchy drum strokes and falling breaks. Vocal sample helps catch momentum between each layer; without realizing it your toe is tapping and you're unable to distance yourself from the tracks dynamic hooks. Pushing through, clanking symbol helps to bolster out the mix, and every carefully laid out kick reverberates from start to end. Quickly paced, yet still holding your attention with its quick firing elements, it appeals directly to your inner junglist whilst at the same time carries you forward into the music which has pinnacled 2016.
‘4 Blocks' takes you into an entirely different room; one still filled with clicking percussion and pounding drums, but also one which relays floating synth in between. What really stands out is the unrelenting breaks. With each rise and fall ingeniously merged beats and drums patterns come at you together, delivering two striking blows with every relay. Be careful for what you're letting yourself in for. Mischief doesn't go easy. Although with a history like his, you're unlikely to expect much else.
