Just wondering what effects/hardware or whatever was used to get classic sounding vocals like this in the old jungle? and can it be replicated using software?

the ones in the beginning "This the remix that make your body sweat" Its kinda like they have been extended/chopped up abit

Sounds like a mix of reverb+delay over a time stretched granulizer effect. (or something similar).

TBH it actually sounds like an effect off a DJ mixer lol, but you could probably make something not too far off using the method I said.
