I am certain it's Hazard's brother, as everyone has said it since it surfaced.

...but even he's been playing it since the beginning of the year. Can be a good sign. Either they're keeping something on lock (waiting for him to get other quality bits together for a release), or it might be an eternal dub. I hope for the former.
