I remember a track from an Accelerated Culture tape pack I had, May 2004, the Mickey Finn set. I've been wondering what it was for years, and I though I had it for a second when I heard the wobble in this:
It's a very similar sound to this, but instead of the jagged screechy synth in the second bar after the wobble, it's got a pretty simple little dark horn melody.
That's about as good a description as I can give, hopefully someone will know what it is!
