Hi could anyone kindly lend me any advice on how to create Jump up basslines, I've been trying to create them in Massive and FL studio but everything I make just doesn't sound good enough or just sounds too much like a dubstep bass, Im looking for a similiar sound to the one used by artists like Jack the Ripper or Simskai, I'm looking to create some heavy, harsh, gritty sounds like in most modern jump up tracks.

Yeah or I was also thinking something more sort of squelchy like the sounds used in these tracks

Try carbon wavetable with Envelope 1 and play with attack and release time.Try applying envelope1. to more things then! octave,phase,filters,reverb,stereo width.Try the same thing with other wavetables as well.Try serum it's similar to massive but has a a sound of it's own.
