Jump-up "50,000 Watts Of Funk" (probably easy to ID)

Hi!

I need help in identifying this track:

It's a jump-up from late 90's - early 2000's. I think it's somehow related to Aphrodite, either his track or was played in his mix.
Contains male vocal sample: "50,000 Watts Of Funk", which can be heard several times after 0:42 when track is mixed with another one: "Aphrodite - Tower Bass".

UPD:
It appears that there are 3 tracks here:
0:00 - 0:42 - is the track I want to ID, with female voice sample "excite!" = "Aphrodite - Spice"
0:42 and on - the mashup "Rayner - 50000 Watts Of Funk" vs. "Aphrodite - Tower Bass".

This matches to what I need in almost in everything, except that it's not the track that plays most of time in excerpt. Thanks anyway!

0:42 and on - the mashup "Rayner - 50000 Watts Of Funk" vs. "Aphrodite - Tower Bass".

I still need to ID the jump-up playing 0:00 - 0:42.

Never mind, I found it - it's Aphrodite - Spice.
