John Rolodex - Dragon EP (Dread)

This is a fucking fine double set, buy on sight. Some of the hardest, darkest and deepest jungle I've heard in a long time.
Tons of classic sounds, excellent production and ruff basslines.
Reminds me a lot of the darker stuff of "The prototype years" and is classic in every way.

Huge beats, massive drops, loads of hoovers and dark industrial FX alongside ragga snippets and little voocals that hit the spot in an amazing way.

The best Two tracks have to be "Badman Soundboy" and "Hard Rain" but the other two tracks ("The Dragon" and "Dark Obsession") are very good too.

This material fits perfectly on the Dread label and is a BIG step in the right direction and I'm sure even the techsteppers will be picking this one up.

This might sound like a funny question, but has any of the tunes on there have a gunshot before a heavy amen drop, with a sort of wah-wah-wah bass? I would just listen but the preview on Chemicals fucked and I cant find it anywhere else.
