I have had this tune stuck in my head for a good few weeks now....i dont know the name & i dont have any audio.. =(

There are vocals in it that go like this 'It's ok to get down sometimes' then there is a bit of instrumental, then it goes 'It's ok to let go sometimes'

It was being played at the beginning of the year. I dont think it got a release...maybe a die tune or something like that....
