What a boring ass week. Well it's had it's ups and downs, but on the whole, pretty lame.

I have to move offices at work today, that sucks, and I feel kind of dizzy for some reason, perhaps I'm going to faint again in a minute..

Any plans for the weekend? None here, I'd like to go see War Of The Worlds again, that film rocked.

I reckon we should get all of the dnb forum members together & jump the walls of BB & kick the crap out of everyone!!

But on a lighter note I'm still recovering from seeing Spinback & Bryan Gee @ Rotation & then went to Portsmouth to see Finch & Million Dead who were pretty damn good!! Oh shout to Owain Breakneck aswell good to see you at Rotation I don't think you know who I was because you looked pretty confused ha ha.

Shows like Big Brother are the reason why I don't watch TV. Suprisingly enough, you can catch the current Big Brother on CCTV9 (the only english speaking channel on Chinese TV).

Anyways, back onto the subject. I'm probably gonna do some shopping and hits the clubs. No plans

Big Brother bad for the brain

    11jul05

IT is official: watching Big Brother is bad for you.

Psychologists testing viewers who tuned in to the British show for just six hours found alarming side effects in their mental health, including increased levels of anxiety, depression and hostility.
Yet when the same guinea pigs were asked to watch daytime TV as an experimental control, they reported virtually no ill effects.

Glasgow Caledonian University researchers specialising in television-related research, were commissioned to carry out the study by London's Mail on Sunday newspaper.

The subjects watched Big Brother for two hours a day for three days.

I watch Big Brother for around 3-4hrs a week. I don't have to watch it, but if I'm near a TV around the time it's on during the week I usually watch it.

Unfortunately, it's no longer Friday, it's Monday morning, the worst part of the week
