In Milano, you should check out La Pergola, Tunnel, Leonkavallo, and soon Conchetta for some dnb.
If you feel adventurous and wanna travel, Bologna has Link, Reggio Emilia has Maffia, and Rome has Bluecheese and Brancaleone.
