Is This Tune Out To Buy ???

Hello all, I like this tune from drum & bass arena dj hype cd but i can't find it in the usual places to buy it (ebay, discogs.com, etc).
I presume that it's either not out to buy or maybe it was mis-labled on the cd, Anyone know this tune & where i could buy it ?

you wont find it coz its a dub not out for a while yet i fink hype sed its comin out wickamans label infra red

that peshay tune has been on dubplate for years! don't expect it to come out anytime soon. only tru playaz got it!
