No, seriously it wouldn't cost that amount! For instance this seller was selling 350 tunes, with £40 postage http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/COLLECTION-OF...ryZ58638QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem and i call this a good deal, £255 for 350 tunes.

Well, in my opinion -sorry to rant- it's unethical to have a low price and bump up the postage, it's sneaky i think, as not everyone will instantly see postage. He does say

"IM CHARGING A LOT FOR POSTAGE AND PACKAGING ( £190/ £3 EACH) INSTEAD OF PUTTING A RESERVE ON THE COLLECTION... EVERYONES A WINNER!"

Even at this, it's not really a good deal is it. £220 for 67 records

Well if one person bids, he sorted and there's already been 2 bids. But i would never do something like this (re postage prices)

Even if he sent each vinyl seperately (at a postage rate of £2.50) it would come to around £170 postage. But usually postage gets cheaper if you're bulk is bigger.

He's obviously got a price in mind he wants...

You pay more outa your profit if you fix a price or start at a high price on ebay,so thats probably why he has done that. If you want it you pay it,i mean hes not forcing anyone to buy them,he just wants a semi guaranteed return on them.
It turns out some one did want them,so he ended up doing bloody well out of it!!:slick:
That shit could back fire on your ass to tho,and you only end up wiv one bid(lol) so it is a gamble.

I understand this of course; people do it to pay less fees and also, because it may look better, eg selling 50 tunes at 50p at £50 postage, than 50 tunes at £35 and £15 postage, but still i feel it's highly unethical, i would never do it, especially in the excess of that guy.

But seriously there's bumping up the price a bit, and there's bumping up the price, i mean come on he's bumped up the price £150 more than it should be!

everyone ebay is after money, standard!
i remember me and my girl were stoned last year and found someone who sold sweets on ebay and we put like 40 quids worth in the basket and the postage was 2.50 on each item
    came to like £70
even tried contacting the seller about cheaper postage in bulk but she wasnt having it
ebay is still incredably dodgy anyway unless your buying of one of those ebay shops and even still...
