    this is one of the reasons i approach stuff with 'hype' with caution... cos if it's really popular, that must mean a large portion of the listeners are idiots, often meaning the hype isn't deserved! about to read now...

    the branding is an intersting point.

    i know im gulity of overlooking a track by an unknown name in favour of listening to , say, the latest Hospital release instead

    quality article, i used to play the violin, so i can tell instantly that the blokey in the experiment was very very good. The points about branding and stuff all make sense.
