It's an older tune, has a female vocal that repeats over and over something that sounds like "I'm burning" or maybe "I'm running" and it gets higher in pitch as it repeats. The breakdown in Culture Shock - Big Red reminded me of it and I, for the life of me, can not place it. Help is much appreciated.

At 1.26 the I'm burning starts repeating over and over.
