Hey dudes sorry if this is in the wrong section but couldn't see a better place for it, Anyways currently in the process of fixing my room up and need some ideas and advice. I've got a pair of Mackie MR8's and struggling for ideas of what to do in terms of placement/mounting and have a few questions regarding the bass response and how badly it'll be affected if it's a bit closer to my wall than I'd ideally want it to be, looking like I'd be lucky to have a meter of room currently. Also if anyone's got a favourite mount/pair of stands they're using post em in here ideally would prefer wall mounts but they're far to close to the wall for my liking so if there is some elongated sturdy ones I'd definitely be interested in something like that.
