Been a long time. I'll get a full length mix of my usual stuff up soon... but for now

Inspired by HAB's lastest one I wanted to try my hand at some liquid too.

Unoriginally named after the first two tracks.
Some soulful vibes to accompany the brief spells of sunshine we may or may not experience this summer.

    Track List

Dwele - I Think I Love You (Zero T Remix)
    Calibre - Notting Hill
Submorphics Feat. Selfsays - Step in The Spot
Little Dragon - Little Man (Marcus Intalex Remix)
Total Science Feat Riya - Redlines
Vicious Circle & Need For Mirrors - Eyes Wide Shut
    Jubei - Outcast
Spectrasoul - Guardian (Know You Want Me)
    Random Movement - Waterlogged
Dave Owen - On The Hush

    Comments/feedback/dolan pics all welcome

On this teddy looks sumptuous. With these unoriginal titles? Do you try and make the words go together or is it just whatever mix your opening with? Do you deliberately put them that way I mean? They always come out quite meaningful is all and deep etc. fluke or?

thanks J. i dont have much of this kinda vibe to mix with so glad u like the looks of it.

    :D
ha ha, its all fluke mate. i could have gone with bootleg signature or dwele calibre i suppose.
they don't mean anything. whatever fits best. keeping me autonomous robot radioactive was my fav title so far. perhaps i'll try and piece together a short story from a track list next time.

Loved this mix, blood. I love that the mixing was just so spot on, the theme was super tight throughout. I really dug that mix from Notting Hill to Step in the Spot. The underlying bits of Notting Hill sat so well on the first bit of it, and the second bit was able to breath so well. Big fan of that tune, obviously a US new classic. I'd never heard that Intalex remix, really liking it... may have to steal that one! Transition to Redlines was smooth as, truly amazing mix, really dug the flow there! You can tell you listened to those two next to each other and found out they pair well together!

The deeper bit of Eyes Wide Shut >>> Outcast was lovely, too, definitely your forte! I knew this mix was special when I heard the intro to Guardian, one of my favorite deep tunes ever. So glad to hear it in the mix again, along with one of my favorite Random Movement tunes. I would NEVER try to mix those two myself, but the fact that you pulled it off is big ups to you! They sound lovely together, and you really let Guardian roll out which was great! Finally, that drop in Waterlogged was place perfectly with the drop on On The Hush, and that whole vibe just continued throughout as you let the vibes breath.

Really loved it, Teddy, would LOVE to hear more along this vibe from you. Of course, your techy mixes are top notch and bar-none the best, so I really would love to hear more of those too! Cheers!

so clean and rolling man, faultless really. little man into redlines was bladdy nice even tho im not a huge fan of the former, very well played, and eyes wide shut into outcast, woiiii..... im so glad you played the vocal mix of step in the spot as well, love love those vocals. obvious you're just as adept with liquid as tech, more of both in the near future would be excellent

posting as im listening, had to mention guardian > waterlogged, fucking hell. great stuff

thanks man. i'm really glad u liked the first mix. i tried that when i first got serato. i tried mixed in key software out of curiosity and that bastard told me they wouldn't go together. hence why i wouldn't recommend anyone using it. as right as it can be sometimes, your less likely to experiment and limit your selection. ears 1 - MIK 0

thanks man. i wouldn't say faultless, i wish it was. i listend to it today and cringed at some of the slips and bits that didn't go exactly as planned.
thats why i hate recording mixes, i always judge them myself.
big up for checking it out.
thanks wingz, hope u like it buddy.
