i need help uploading

i got loadsa sets on my itunes but havent got a clue how to upload dem onto a thread so i can share the wealth. any1 help?

Just upload it to a site like mediafire or megaupload (can't be bigger than 100mb)
Then when its finished copy the link it gives you here.
If its in tracks then u gotta fuck around joining them, or using winrar to zip em up !!
Just upload 1s that are 1 long mp3 no tracks n u wont have 2 fuck around

im feelin to jus drag a tune into a box n then it uploads. then i can copy the link n paste it here for sum1 to download... will that work. im shit wid computers to b honest mate i get lost easy
