Try John Miszt or Fanu. Both use this site and both are reputable producers/artist/mixing and mastering engineers. Although I have not listen to your track, I can tell you that if you have a bad mix, they can not fix it by mastering it.
Nu:Tone have very recently started up a mixing and mastering outfit. http://www.ntmastering.com/ Even of you choose to go the Miszt or Fanu route, on the NTmastering site under the submissions section, there's some handy little tips for checking things before sending to master.
