last few years have been awesome. was at uni for 4 years and had part time jobs, nice and cruisy. after i finished uni i worked a couple of casual and part time jobs and still had plently of spare time.

i was offered a full time job this year and stupidly accepted it. i bloody hate it.

i have no time for forum banter. i am so god damn busy and stressed.

    i miss you fools.

will spend the money im earning this year to come back to europe.

You get used to it after a while. I have been working full time for 7 years now.

As much as I love my time off I don't think it would feel right not working full time, plus the money you get makes it worth it.

How come you have never earned more? what is it you do?

Is it possible to get a job somewhere else doing the same kinda work but for better money?

I am soon to be returning to the world of full time work. A job which says it's supposed to be 37.5 hours a week but will make you work more than that (on average extra 7 a week) and not pay you any extra. The salary is good though.

I wish I could do that!

I work 45 hours a week spread over 5 days, plus I work 4 hours every other Saturday so some weeks it's 49 hours a week.

I started my job at 17, and I'm still here now.

While most of my mates were in uni or just pissing about.

But glad I did. I'm on more money than a lot of the people who went to uni will be in on anytime soon. Without a massive loan to pay back.

Been on the 9-5 bandwagon for 6 years now. Keeps me outta trouble for most of the day and I like the money :p

Yeah it can be a real bitch though, had some hectic weekend. I'm currently being sent pictures of me and my mate in bike helmets carrying a 24 deck of Tyskie, a bottle of Yager, porn mags (???) with his girl behind us trying to stand on our shoulders and failing hard. I remember none of this. Motorbikes and being so fucked up you don't remember shit are not a good combo.

Point is I feel jet lagged minus the jet and I don't want to be here right now.

Work does suck, but where i work is kind of small, 30 people tops. We all get on pretty well, take the piss and have a laugh, make it more enjoyable. It sucks that we haven't had an annual pay rise for 2 years running now, hopefully this year we will get one. Been doing my job for 5 years now :(

i did a job that trained me to be able to handle any job. pasaje del terror. imagine doing the most tiring job you've ever done for 12 hours straight. then imagine doing it in the dark, in a mask and a scarf. great job, hard work. good work experience. bust that line in most interviews and it never fails to impress.
