So yeah, grew out of it.

Been listening to all sorts since. Caught up with other favourite genres of my youth as well as getting in to a shot load more.

Long and short of it is that I'm looking for recommendations. Preferably not electronic.

1 thing I found was a strange folk band from the 60s / 70s called Comus.

    For you listening disturbance..... behold....

    You into Hip Hop?

If so I can suggest some of the best stuff that's come out in the past few years.

    Thanks everyone for the recommendations.
I do indeed still enjoy a good cup of tea my good man. I haven't produced in a while now, main reason being my laptop died.

I not long ago finished the audio book of world war z. The film in comparison bore no resemblance to it and therefore was pretty fucking shit.

I just started reading melmoth the wanderer. The language is hard going but it's pretty good overall. Quite dark, I think you'd like it bro.

You seem to have missed the point there SC as not being that into dumb Nymore was only a small part of the post.

I asked for recommendations, although I guess it's hard for you to comprehend any music that doesnt contain bass that sounds like distorted farts, squlechs, or belches with a few sirens and dogs barking mixed in for good measure. :teeth: haha

    Yeah definitely.

Uk hip hop or 90s style boom bap are my preference. Cheers man.

I'm the same lately, none of the upfront D&B appeals to me at the moment. I'm listening to House, UK Garage, old skool Hardcore/Jungle and some 80's/90's Hip Hop most of the time.
