I used to eat a lot of hummus (is houmus the english spelling or something?) when I was younger, not so much now. I used to dip breadsticks in it.

I also used to eat taramasalata in the same way, but now I don't!

Taramasalata is really fun to spell, it has loads of A's in it...

There's my two pennies worth :bruce:

I used to eat a lot as a bachelor with lemon, good olive oil, olives and pita bread. Saves actually making dinner. Nutritious enough to keep you going forever.

Same with potatoes. You can eat only potatoes for a very long time and not get sick.
