Hum Eliminator

I was looking at this hum eliminator but it doesn't look like the input/output jacks are for phono leads, can u get one that is?

dude jus bag an adapter....

plus a 1/4 jack adapter...

i know u can get them with a 1\4 on the jack end BUT this much adapters may create more hum, i dont know if you can get a phono to 1\4 jack with out using another adapter, got to maplin mate, u will get the lot for under a tenner.
