How to make this sound

It is the high pitched kind of ringing sound at about 15 seconds and again at around 45 seconds, preferably on logic would be good but if not then i can just do it on massive, and bounce to audio as i need it for a song in college and there is no vsts just logic standard.

Sounds like a distorted square or saw wave put through a delay then reverb effect with the wet mix turned up
 
Yeah go ahead, never used logic myself but i guess it has the neccesary tools to make the sound
