How to make evil/dark voices?

    pitch down, add some reverb and maybe a bit of delay. thats about it

    sounds like maybe they split it and put a different distortion on the delay then the main vocal any one else notice that?

    Actually, Noisia didn't do much to that voice in The Tide, as its was the voice of Totenkopf in Sky Captain & The World Of Tomorrow that they sampled, and already had a shitload of reverb and distortion. They just pitched it down a bit and polished it up with a little more reverb.

    there is a free plug from ssl i think, from halloween a few years ago and its like all about making scary voices and shit
