can you give me a time for the sound in the video?

white noise has no pitch - and most of the background noises in this track are vocal samples with delay and verb, the texture and quality of the sound coming from the recording or vinyl he ripped it from.

you cant synth a vinyl recording obviously although there may be some VSTS that make "vinyl crackle"

    great tune tho

In those musicradar sample packs there's a vinyl style pack with vinyl noise samples.
