How to get this kind of defined Bass ?

Sounds like its made mostly with sine waves, don't really know, I'm no expert since I started producing recently.

Any help would really be appreciated =)

there is a sine underneath probably but that there is a lowpassed something or other. since its lowpassed you can acheive this sound in many ways but id go with detuned saw waves with portamento, chorus and distort, then lowpass. you can also use balthazaars granular technique for this i think.
