You need to experiment with different eq settings. You also posted on the wrong forum. I think the production forum would be more suitable.

If your bass is just a sine, you can't really eq it because it's only 1 frequency.
There are no highs or mids, all eq is going to do is change the volume of that one frequency.

Unless you've added any FX? Like distortion or saturation?
