Eating a whopper every now and then is not that bad if you at least do some kind of exercise, and I'm not talking about being in a gym for 5 hours straight. A simple 30 minute fast walk a day is good enough. If all you do is sit on your ass and down whoppers every other day like it's nobody's business, then yeah, Dustek's picture indeed...
Why so surprised at the calorie count for a whopper? A slice of pizza is damn near 1K calories per slice. If hungry enough, I can down a large in one sitting, which is like 6 - 8 slices...8K worth of calories...holy shit...lmao.

Actually I've put on about half a stone or more in the last year, but I put that down to my missus looking after me good...

it happens to all of us mid 20s usually but for some people even later. these are usually the ones with the 'i can eat anything and not gain weight! just lucky i guess!' and serious belly flab abit further on in life

they have alot of calories but not much nutrition...no good for the body and if u have low glucose levels u need more food.
thats why i dont really eat fast food...besides the occasional kebab.
