How is this effect made?

    take your original vocal right , and reverse it in your DAW , then put alot of reverb on it with high feedback , depending on how much of the like lead up verb you want , then export it was a wav file , bring it back into your DAW and reverse it again so that it plays back normally but with the "Preverb"

    I use alot of Reverse Reverb when i work with tunes,
    Great for drum drops and mainly found in horror films =D
