sounds a bit more than just that. sounds like its heavy LFO'in with some pitch shift

I would guess that it is the same bass sound on different channels
One channel has the bass arpegiated and one channel has the bass with a pitch bend on it to fill in the gaps where it is arpegiated

sounds like a heavy pitch bend with a slow filter envelope filtering down and a fast LFO on the filter aswell, then repeated an octave up

1/4 T lfo on the top layer, the sub layer sounds pretty smooth, just the same pitch drop, might be processed seperately. Bit of reso/screech on the top layer. Can't hear any arpeggio but fuk knows...

Maybe pitchband and lfo modulated with arp some plugins have that possibility...
