How do something like this in FL?

Yea that kind of thing, i know its a got a reverb but what else.

Dude, that just sounds to me like they have cut the kick drums for a split second, and replaced it with a couple of bass stabs. Or maybe cut the volume of the kicks so they are barely audible under the bass for that second.

Hmm sounds quite realistic. Maybe a decrease in the pitch of the kicks aswell.

My guess would be that the kicks have some short moments of EQ-ing or Filtering on them to create that kind-off
(thats what i would try in Renoise tho :]
