how can i make this sound?

I'm searching after this sound: the drums are playing but i think its with a lowwpassfilter or something :p

If I'm correct in what you are pointing out then it's not a sound exactly. You pretty much answered it yourself. It's a drumloop that has an automated low pass filter cutoff. Automated to open up over 4 - 8 bars.
