How Can I make this "Liquid" sound?

I have never found it in any sound library.
Although I think it's an 8 bit arpeggio or something like that.

Remember me to a "real" liquid sound, like 2010.

But how can I do it or how can I find it if it has a specific name?

Definitely bit crusher. Open up whatever synth, throw a bitcrusher on the channel and flip through wave shapes until you get what you're looking for.

sounds like an arpeggiated square or triangle wave with a lowpass filter to me
