any spicy humans in here? I've been digging through hot sauces for about 2 years now, and watch more Hot Ones that I like to admit.

el yucateco is a great set of sauces that can be found anywhere,
Supernova makes some great stuff too (not sure where they are /aren't available)

any one got any recommendations for me?

not forgetting of course the obligatory staples: El Yucateco (as you know), Franks, La Guacamaya, Tapatio, Cholula, and Sriracha

Tapatio is my daily go-to. Usually have red and green El Yucateco in my fridge. I used to like Cholula but I find it kind of vinegary now.

Melinda's Habenero hot sauce is pretty good.

Usually just use one of those bottles of Sriracha for everything, recently I've been eating cheap instant noodles with some of that drizzled over the top, tastes surprisingly good as a lockdown snack

noodles with butter and hot sauce is a southern staple back in the USA. absolutely cannot go wrong.

Not fond of immensely spicy food although I will make spicy mayo with cayenne pepper; cheaper than buying a jar of it too.
