i discovered this accidentaly, so what youre going to need is:
a desk
a tapedeck
a cassette
a computer
so hook the output from your computer to the desk,
the output from the desk to the tapedrive,
the output of the tapedrive to the desk,
and back in the computer again.
max output on tapedeck (this will be the feedback for the delay), press record and play on tape.
play a sound on computer and you will hear the coolest thing ever.
couple with pedals and twist the eq on the desk for crazy effects.
