home made loops

ive been advised to use battery by loads of people but i dont have a clue how it works and cant find the manual...
do u by any chance have a manual that u cud send me..? safe....

cheers for takin the time guys, i do all of my drums in the arrange page on cuase but just got logic 8 so will probably start using the exs24 or the ultrabeat
