First up is Premonition, a dark and brooding track which creates an ominous feeling with the first chord, as if the listener has just entered a haunted house filled with ghoulish bass ready to attack at any moment. The hauntingly eerie synths soon transform into dirty wobbles which add ferocity and momentum to the track and really push Premonition forward to the next level. The swing and movement are echoed by the steady kicks and breathy vocal samples.
On the flip Tell You completely changes the tone with a more liquid inspired opening of distorted and soulful female vocals that offer a feeling of comfort as the track develops. Her emotive voice lulls the listener into a false sense of security before dropping into a filthy bass line that delves deeper with each beat. The vocals emerge from the wilderness of the dark background as if they are calling out for help. Dub Motion has excelled himself on production technique with this track, infusing different genres to create dark, techy step which is set to destroy dance floors in the early hours.
