High pitched "siren" thingy

Hey hey hey ^^

Guys... i really need your help. im trying to create that high pitched siren thing sound. (dont know how to describe it)

I tried it with some Saw-Waves, but it always sounds a bit cheesy. And if i try to tune it any longer, my ears will just blow away. (Very annoying sound, if youre doing it wrong - like me :P)

Any ideas, whats important with this sound????

try dub siren... just google it, its a bit of freeeware, and grab some more of his bits whilst your there ;)
